Bubur Candil
Bahan-bahan :
Bubur candil :
- 225 gram tepung ketan 120 gram tepung tapioka
- 175 cc air
- 1/4 sendok teh garam
Saus :
- 750 cc air
- 250 cc santan
- 125 cc air gula palem
- 1 lembar daun pandan
- 1/4 sendok teh garam
Pelengkap :
- 300 cc santan, masak hingga mendidih
Cara membuat :
Bubur candil :
- Campur tepung ketan dan tepung tapioka, aduk hingga rata, lalu buat lubang di bagian tengahnya, masukkan air dan garam sedikit-sedikit, uleni hingga rata dan adonan dapat dibentuk menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil diameter 1 cm (adonan tidak boleh terlalu kalis, bila perlu boleh ditambahkan air secukupnya).
- Panaskan air yang banyak, masak hingga mendidih, lalu masukkan adonan tadi, masak hingga matang selama 5 menit, angkat, tiriskan.
Saus :
- Campur semua bahan, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, lalu masukkan bubur candil tadi, masak sambil diaduk-aduk selama 20 menit, angkat.
- Bila akan disajikan, tuang santan di atas bubur candil, lalu sajikan.
